Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly.
5. Add the chopped green onions and toss for another minute.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
