A delicious tuna salad inspired by Peruvian flavors, perfect for a light meal or side dish.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 2-3 people

Ingredients:

- 1 can of high-quality tuna
- A few cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Green chili (sliced into rings)
- A handful of fresh cilantro
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 dl lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

1. Drain the oil or liquid from the can of tuna.
2. Place the tuna in a small bowl and pour the lime juice over it. Allow the tuna to marinate in the lime juice for about 30 minutes.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the chili into thin rings. Chop the green onion and tear the cilantro leaves from the stems.
4. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with the olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour the marinated tuna along with the lime juice over the vegetables and mix all the ingredients well.
