Ingredients:

- 4 bell peppers (various colors)
- 300 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 dl rice
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 dl grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil)

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside to cool.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion until it softens.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
4. Mix the cooked meat with the rice and tomato sauce. Optionally, add fresh herbs.
5. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Fill the peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
8. Serve warm, for example, with a salad.
