A quick and delicious soup that saves busy days! This sausage pasta soup is a family favorite, giving traditional sausage soup a new twist.

Ingredients:
- 300 g sausages
- 200 g pasta
- 1 liter water
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 100 g cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the carrot and onion.
2. Boil the water in a pot and add the carrot and onion. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
4. Slice the sausages and add them to the soup. Let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.
5. Stir in the cream cheese and let it melt into the soup. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
