These delicious Spanish meatballs are a perfect addition to your dining table. They are flavorful and easy to make, and pair wonderfully with pasta or salad. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- ½ dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Pepper mix to taste
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Oregano to taste
- 1 can tomato paste
- A splash of water
Instructions:
1. Boil a splash of water in a pot and dissolve the beef bouillon cube in the water.
2. Add the breadcrumbs to the beef broth mixture and let it swell for about 5 minutes.
3. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, pepper mix, oregano, tomato paste, and the swollen breadcrumb mixture to form a dough.
4. Roll the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake the meatballs at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until they are cooked through and nicely browned.
