A delicious and healthy baked oatmeal combining oats, berries, and nuts, creating the perfect breakfast dish. Easy to prepare, and all ingredients can be measured with one coffee cup!

Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 cups berries and/or fruits (e.g., frozen raspberries and canned peaches)
- 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 1 cup chopped almonds and nuts (e.g., almonds, pistachios, cashews, and pecans)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups milk (or coconut milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- A little vanilla for flavoring

Instructions:

1. Grease a baking dish with the melted butter and spread the berries and fruits evenly on the bottom.
2. Chop the nuts and mix them with the rolled oats.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, sugar, vanilla, and the remaining melted butter.
4. Pour the dry mixture into the egg-milk mixture, stir well, and then pour it over the berries in the baking dish. Shake the dish gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
5. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 40-45 minutes.
6. Top with additional berries and enjoy warm with milk or cream.
