Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 1 dl cooked chickpeas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chickpeas, onion, garlic, carrot, bell pepper, and parsley. 2. Add the soy sauce, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into about 8-10 patties.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
6. Serve the patties with a salad or yogurt sauce.
