Endive Salad with Roquefort Dressing and Caramelized Walnuts

Ingredients:
- 2 endive lettuces
- 100 g Roquefort cheese
- 1 dl sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
1. Rinse the endives and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare the Roquefort dressing by mixing the Roquefort cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
3. To caramelize the walnuts, melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and walnuts. Cook over low heat until the sugar has melted and the walnuts are golden brown.
4. Serve the endives in a bowl, pour the Roquefort dressing over the top, and sprinkle the caramelized walnuts on top.
