Description: A delightful salad featuring crisp endive, creamy Roquefort dressing, and sweet caramelized walnuts, perfect as a starter or light meal.

Ingredients:

- 2 endives
- 100 g Roquefort cheese
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Wash and halve the endives. Place them in a serving dish.
2. Crumble the Roquefort cheese into a bowl. Add the cream and honey. Mix until smooth.
3. Pour the Roquefort dressing over the endives.
4. Toast the walnuts in a pan over medium heat. Add the sugar and stir until the walnuts are caramelized.
5. Sprinkle the caramelized walnuts over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
