A delicious and easy bread perfect for breakfast or a snack. This recipe is specifically designed for those following a gluten-free diet. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 pieces
Ingredients:
- 2 dl gluten-free flour blend
- 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 dl yogurt (or soy yogurt)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil (such as canola or olive oil)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt).
3. Add the milk, yogurt, egg, and oil to the dry mixture. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
4. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a round flatbread.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
