This delicious gluten-free apple pie is easy to prepare and tastes especially good warm with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

- 1 package Moilas Gluten-Free pie crust
- 4-5 apples (e.g., Granny Smith or other tart apples)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter (or margarine)
- Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Peel and slice the apples. In a bowl, mix the apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
3. Roll out the gluten-free pie crust and place it in the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
4. Pour the apple mixture evenly over the crust.
5. Crumble butter over the apple mixture.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
