These delicious egg muffins are easy to make in a muffin tin and you can add any ingredients you have on hand. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or gatherings.

Ingredients:

- 12 eggs (1 egg per muffin)
- Salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Other spices (e.g., paprika)
- Desired fillings (e.g., vegetables, ham, herbs)
- Grated cheese
- Oil or butter for greasing the muffin tin

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Grease the muffin tin wells with oil or butter.
3. Add your desired fillings, such as chopped vegetables or ham, to the bottom of each well.
4. Crack one egg into each well.
5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and other spices over the eggs.
6. Grate cheese on top of each muffin.
7. Bake in the oven for 8-15 minutes, until the eggs reach your desired doneness.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
