A fantastic way to repurpose previously failed muffins into delicious chocolate treats. These muffins are moist, flavorful, and perfect for coffee breaks. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups old chocolate muffin batter (crumbled)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated sweet potato
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix the crumbled chocolate muffin batter, egg, grated sweet potato, orange juice, orange zest, and olive oil.
3. Add the baking powder, coconut sugar, and cocoa powder to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin liners.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the muffins have risen and are cooked through. Check doneness with a toothpick.
6. Allow the muffins to cool slightly before serving.
