Easy Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour the soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy your meal!
