Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Incorporate the bell peppers and snap peas, continuing to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat all the vegetables.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
