Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), and mix well to coat the vegetables.
5. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
