Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne) - 100 ml cream or sour cream
- 100 g diced dill pickles
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the diced dill pickles to the pan and cook for a moment.
4. Pour in the cream or sour cream and mix well. Allow the sauce to heat up.
