A creamy and delicious pasta dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft and translucent.
3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
4. Pour the cream into the spinach mixture and stir well. Allow it to simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water.
6. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
