Ingredients:
- 1 cup black beans (cooked and mashed) - 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine black beans, cooked rice, onion, carrot, breadcrumbs, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. 2. Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
