Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
3. Add the chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
