A delicious shellfish pasta perfect for enjoying marine flavors. Preparation time is about 30 minutes. Serves 4.Ingredients:
- 2 cans of shellfish
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup cold-pressed olive oil
- Salt to taste
- White wine to taste
- Cream to taste
- Pasta (such as spaghetti or linguine)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Pour the liquid from the shellfish into a pan and heat over medium heat.
3. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the liquid and add the olive oil.
4. Add the shellfish to the pan and stir well.
5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add cream and salt, stir, and let it simmer for a moment longer.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the shellfish sauce and mix well.
8. Serve immediately, optionally garnishing with fresh herb chop.
