Ingredients:
- 200 g rice noodles
- 200 g ground pork
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (e.g., Doubanjiang)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions and drain well.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a moment until fragrant.
3. Add the ground pork to the pan and cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in the Sichuan peppercorns, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, and peanut butter. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Combine the cooked noodles with the meat mixture and toss well to combine.
6. Serve the dish topped with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
