Daim Chocolate Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons syrup - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- ½ dl ground almonds or nuts
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (regular or dark)
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 dl sugar
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over low heat. 2. Add the cream to the melted butter and mix well.
3. Stir in the syrup, sugar, all-purpose flour, ground almonds or nuts, cocoa powder, and combine all ingredients into a smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface.
5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until the surface is a beautiful golden brown.
6. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces and enjoying.
