A delicious no-bake cheesecake topped with crushed Daim chocolate for a sweet treat.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus 3 hours chilling)
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 Daim chocolate bar (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the biscuits finely and mix with melted butter.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. In a bowl, whip together the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy.
4. Gently fold the chopped Daim chocolate into the cream mixture.
5. Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3 hours before serving.
7. Serve as is or garnish with additional chopped Daim chocolate on top if desired.
