A deliciously rich and chocolatey treat with crunchy Daim chocolate bits.

Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 175 g margarine
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2½ dl sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g Daim chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Melt the margarine and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then fold into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
5. Gently mix in the chopped Daim chocolate.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the brownies are cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before slicing into pieces and serving. Enjoy!
