A delicious chocolate cake combining sweet Daim bars with soft chocolate batter. Perfect for celebrations or coffee gatherings. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12-14 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl sugar
- 200 g soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 Fazer milk chocolate bar
- 1 large Daim bar
- 1.5 dl milk
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 4 dl flour
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the sugar and soft butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Melt the Fazer chocolate bar and stir it into the batter.
4. Add the milk and mix until smooth.
5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix well.
7. Chop the Daim bar into small pieces and fold them into the batter.
8. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
9. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the cake is cooked through (test with a skewer).
10. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
