Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 100 ml cream
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Pour the cream into the spinach and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and gently mix until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
6. Grate Parmesan cheese over the top and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
