A delicious and hearty dish that combines fresh mushrooms, cream, and pasta. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Slice the mushrooms.
4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft and the moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
7. Stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. If needed, add a little of the pasta cooking water to make the sauce creamy.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
