Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
