Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
