Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
