Ingredients:

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
