Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the skillet, stir-frying for 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Add snap peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil. If using cornstarch, dissolve it in a little water and add to the sauce.
6. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
