Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
