Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper and carrot, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the broccoli and snap peas, continuing to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all vegetables are tender yet crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using), tossing everything together to coat evenly.
6. Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
7. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
