Serving Size: 4 servings
Recipe:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional for thickening)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well. If using, add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
