- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, carrot, and zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
