Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
