Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
