Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil; toss to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
