Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
