Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for another minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly.
5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
