Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
