Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 350 ml water
- 5 g salt
- 2 g dry yeast

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add the water and stir the ingredients until well combined.
3. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
4. Once the dough has rested, pour it onto a floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
5. Place the loaf on floured parchment paper and cover it with a cloth. Allow it to rise for another 1 to 2 hours.
6. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
7. Bake the bread in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
