Delicious elongated doughnuts that are deep-fried and rolled in a sugar-cinnamon mixture. Often served with hot cocoa, they make a perfect dessert after a taco dinner.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4–6 people

Ingredients:

- 2 dl water
- 100 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 dl sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, heat the water, butter, sugar, and salt until the butter melts.
2. Stir in the all-purpose flour and mix vigorously until the dough forms a ball.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a moment. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan to 180°C (356°F).
5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
6. Squeeze the dough into the hot oil in long strips and fry until golden brown.
