- 3 eggs
For Frying:
- 1 liter canola oil
Chocolate Sauce:

- Pinch of salt
- 2 dl cream
Cinnamon Sugar Mix:
- 1 dl sugar

Instructions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, water, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add flour. Stir for about 30 seconds until the dough dries slightly. 2. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
3. Heat at least 5 cm of oil in a deep pot to 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe directly into the hot oil. Cut the dough at your desired length.
