A delicious and nutritious tofu bowl that's perfect for a light lunch or dinner. It combines flavorful tofu, fresh vegetables, and aromatic sauces. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g tofu- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 100 g pea shoots
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cube the tofu and sauté it in sesame oil over medium heat until golden brown.2. Add soy sauce to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
3. Peel and julienne the carrot. Slice the cucumber and red onion into thin rings.
4. In a bowl, create a layer of pea shoots, then add the sautéed tofu, followed by the sliced vegetables.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and season with salt and pepper.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
