Ingredients:
- 200 g rice
- 400 ml water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, bell pepper)
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water and drain.
2. Cook the rice in a pot with water until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a moment.
5. Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until soft.
6. Combine the cooked rice with the vegetables, then add soy sauce, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
7. Mix well and stir-fry for an additional few minutes.
8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh coriander.
