Ingredients:
- 1 large mixed salad (e.g., romaine, iceberg lettuce)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the mixed salad greens. Place them in a large bowl.
