A delightful seafood pasta sauce that beautifully combines the flavors of chorizo and mussels, adding a touch of Spanish flair. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g chorizo sausage
- 300 g mussels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 g pasta (such as spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chorizo and cook until browned.
4. Add the garlic and bell pepper, and sauté for a few minutes until softened.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir well. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Add the mussels to the sauce and cook until they open (about 5-7 minutes). Discard any mussels that do not open.
7. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
